At Exploring Wings, we are committed to providing a seamless travel experience. We understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy ensures transparency and fairness for all bookings.
1. Cancellation Policy
Same Day Cancellation (Day of Booking)
✔️ Full refund will be provided for cancellations made on the same day of booking.
30+ Days Before Travel Date
❌ 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
✅ 90% refund of the total amount.
15–30 Days Before Travel Date
❌ 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
✅ 75% refund of the total amount.
0–15 Days Before Travel Date
❌ 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
✅ 50% refund of the total amount.
No Show or Last-Minute Cancellation (within 24 hours of travel)
❌ 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
🚫 No refund will be applicable.
2. How to Cancel a Booking
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

No cancellations will be accepted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or SMS.
3. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request and necessary documentation.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
4. Important Notes
Refunds are not applicable for partially used services or unused inclusions.
In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or force majeure, Exploring Wings reserves the right to apply special cancellation terms.
In case of group tours or customized packages, separate cancellation terms may apply, which will be mentioned in the tour confirmation email/invoice.
